Fall is in the air! My favorite time of the year. In October Sage had oral surgery, they pulled out her 2 front teeth & capped the rest. Since then she is so much more happy & she is eating & gaining weight finally! Felix also has grown in leaps & bounds. It seems like he just woke up one morning 4 inches taller! Kash has really started to come into his own. We are so proud of all our kids. Felix is learning to read & is very excited about it. Kash is learning more & more words & learning to trust me. Sage is learning words & phrases, every time I turn around it's some thing new. October 19th Derek & I with our kids, Nik & Brian (home on leave from Iraq) along with my brother Andy, his wife & Derek's sister Jennifer, & their 4 kids, Chelsea, Nathan, Brody & Mya went to the local pumkin patch. The kids really amazing by everything. Sage really loves the pumkins, she kept hugging & kissing them. Kash kept riding the little train, he loved the car that looked like a pig. Felix had fun playing in the hay. On October 26th we all got together at Andy & Jennifers house to have a pumpkin carving party. Really was really great watching all the kids pick out faces for their pumpkins. Felix the old pro got right in there & started working on his pumpkin. Chelsea & I helped Sage. She was really into what was going on. I cut her pumpkin open & showed her what to do & she wook over right away. Sage worked so hard on pulling all the pumpkin goo out. Then Chelsea helped her make her face. Kash had no interest in it at all. He spent the whole time playing with the trucks & cars with Brody. Finally I take you to Halloween. Felix decided we should do the Star Wars theme & he picked out customes for all of us. Felix was Darth Vadar, Sage was Princess Leia, Kash was chewbacca, I was Queen Amidala & Derek was the syth. We went trick or treating at a nursing home. Kash loved getting all the candy, he is my food kid. The excitement of the night was alittle too much for them & they all fell asleep in the car before we were even a block away.
